I think if you are from NA you should play on NA and if you are from EU play on EU, anticheat never banned me or some of my friends, we use to have a ping over 150ms, sometimes. If you have got banned by the anticheat "Hawk" its basically because you use some of Regedit stuff that increases some Block/Hit Distance and AC Detected that as the Cheat, saying this because on Orion Network, where I was mod, we had a same problem and AC was banning players because of that, try using default RegEdit Settings, or turn of any kind of Hacked Clients you use, even Ping Booster has been detected on many servers as Moded Client, don't use that. Also If you did make an Ban Appeal try to provide much more details about the situation when you got banned, and I'm sure Staff Team will take care of that.
