In my opinion permanent mutes should not exist.....or at least not being so easily applied if u get annoyed u may say some bad words unintentionally and regret them later....at least make more temp-mutes a 30 minutes one and a permanent one is not enough.
They should start from 30 minutes and evolve like the csgo cooldowns (30min,2hr,24hr,1w) and after a period the counter should reset if the player hasn't said anything bad in a long time.
I don't want to transform this into an appeal but I really miss out on my donor colors for being permanently muted

And another cool idea should be like blocked words ....especially swearing,racist or other offensive words.If your sentence contains these words you are not allowed to type it.
