THE LAG ON THIS SERVER

You guys please need to fix the lag or whatever the hell is going on with this server it is getting out of hand, its coming to the point where me playing in the US and playing on EU servers is less laggy than this, i mean this in the nicest way possible when I say to fix this lag asap.
