Can I just say how ridiculous the muting system is?
First things first the system quite literally punishes you for anything that isnt trying to be someones best friend like come on xd. Apparently calling someone a "loser" or an "idiot" is a muteable offence. That is just pathetic. Honestly pathetic. The best thing about this stupid system is perm muting people who might say something out of line such as being racist, homophobic, sexist or giving death threats/wishes) and even that can be considered a bit too far. Like depending on how much is said or how badly said you can add a striking system ASWELL as a long mute (not perm). BUT IT ONLY TAKES 5 MUTES OF ANY kind to BE A PERM? WHAT? IS THAT A JOKE? So I can call someone an idiot 5 different times and have the same punishment compared to someone who literally told a guy to go kill himself. Nice one. Lets also say how saying something un-sportsmanship like is muteable. Such as saying EZ or L. I get thats a form of disrespect but sometimes certain idiots on this server deserve to feel bad about something like 3 teaming on someone and still losing, or randy teaming with a guy in deathmatch and ganging up on the poor solo. Then when the people hear what they deserve instead of thinking, you know that guy is probably right, he thinks OMG HE SAID SOMETHING DISRESPECTFUL LETS GO SCREENSHOT IT AND SEND IT TO EVERY PLATFORM BACKPLAY HAS SO THEY CAN GET MUTED. One idiot who abuses that system is Baldezh (thought youd wanna know ^). If anything, all you have to do is copy other systems. Wanna know a good yet simple one? Badlions, ITS SO SIMPLE. All muteable offences have punishments depending on what offence. Lets say saying L in chat with a mod seeing it. You would be muted for like 15 minutes. But telling someone to kill themselves? A 2 month ban. (Dont have to exactly copy it but Im giving you an example) How the hell can you expect people not to say something "That is any form is disrespect" when something like that is so STUPIDLY vague it can mean anything. If what you determine "Any form is disrespect" to exactly be. That would mean that ANYTHING REMOTELY NEGATIVE to a person is muteable. Do you understand how stupid it is? Im friends with SO MANY people in this community, why? Because Im not a toxic asshole. Im someone who gets mad at a game and says a few toxic things. But IVE NEVER BEEN MALICIOUS I have the same punishments as people who say CRIMINAL THINGS.
A couple bonus things I wanted to add after typing, I specifically think you need to ditch the 5 mute = perm system and just give different punishments depending on the offence. It really isnt that hard. Also, Baldezh isnt the only prick who snitches on any negative thing he sees towards him. Loads more people do and they are part of the problem. Ive had so many people agree with me about changing this system BUT NOBODY IS FUCKING LISTENING. CAN YOU PLEASE ACTUALLY TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT. FERAO, IBAI, SR MODS IF YOU HAVE TO this isnt acceptable. Change this system. You might think its perfect but I promise you for me and MANY MANY others its over the top. There are alot of seriously amazing people ive met who are perma muted cause they say minor things that some strict mod considers disrespect and muteable. And also, theres an issue where you cant get rid of a muteing stage. So if you get muted for the 4th time that sticks with you forever. Its dumb, because I wont say the name but a particular Sr mod would not listen to me when I said I had a 4th unfair mute but still insisted my next would be perm. Which is dumb.

ps. I know people are gonna argue so If youre just gonna tell me Im wrong you are part of the problem, give me an actual argument thanks. And if youre a mod saying this you dont deserve to be staff. Cause youre 10x worse.
Edit: Another suggestion for handling poor sportsmanship, is to simply replace it with something funny. Like in Overwatch for example you can type EZ but it will say something embarrassing or you could also just straight up have it say you cant say that. Also on hackusating. Id advice that when someone hackusated instead of immediately muting them why dont you actually go and check if the dude is cheating. If you arent sure investigate further. If the guy is obviously cheating then DONT MUTE THE GUY. And if he isnt, or you just know that player isnt cheating, then mute them.
In addition to fixing the muting system adding a friend system would be SO GOOD. Purely because someone who is muted can still msg their friends. Maybe if they are in a random game and you can msg them saying "hi wanna team?" Or "Hey wanna call on discord?" or something like that.
And also you should actually publicly stage the rules EXACTLY instead of just assuming they will know what the rules are.
