Teamspeak
I think that adding a teamspeak would help both Back Plays and Back Plays Players, Firstly players can use teamspeak to find a teammate for a SG ect.
Staff cold benefit because its so clear that people are getting 'False Banned' so why don't you guys add a feature were you instead of banning people you actually go and freeze there ingame character and request they join teamspeak, Example:

You have been frozen
DON'T LEAVE OR YOU WILL BE BANNED
PLEASE JOIN OUR TEAMSPEAK
"TS.BLABLA.NET"

Stats
I personally think there should be stats resets every few months to give the newer players a chance to get #1 on the leaderboards without having to play 24/7.

Elo
With Comp SG you guys should add a ELO system, that would make it a lot more competitive and intense.

Discord is way better than TS and if they would ever want to implement screenshare on the server they can still screenshare players on Discord and having 2 platforms that do the same thing sounds really dumb imo.

Good idea. Maybe more like just the following?

1. Report a player, staff is suspicious of them.

2. Freezes them in-game & warns them to join Discord. (TS is outdated).

3. Use AnyDesk & screenshare.

HOWEVER, what if the player is not cheating? There's been times I thought people were cheating but they weren't and I am sure many would say the same. I think the hacking on the server isn't that noticeable compared to what it used to be and MCSG.

screensharing is an invasion of privacy, the appeal concept is much better, going on a staff members judgement is better than looking through peoples files
