Description of your suggestion: Change of the rules, I suggest changing of some rules on backplay, it is really bad how mods need so much evidence to be able to ban someone. He needs to be blatantly hacking so he can get baned. I have example of couple of people on backplay who are hacking and 99% of mods know that but they cant ban them because they are not obvious enough. Fix this BackPlay please.
Why do you want this feature to be added to our network?: It will bring much more happines to me and to all players on BackPlay.

I get where you're coming from but from my point of view (or from a Moderators point), even blatant cheaters should be recorded in case they appeal and possibly lie about them not cheating // breaking the rules in which the moderator that banned him could get striked for 'false' banning. None of us like cheaters, but there are some procedures you need to follow as a Moderator in order to punish them ^_^
