Listen. So I want to shed some light on teaming on this server and why it really is an issue.
To start off with, yes I do team with people, but no, I do not unfairly 2v1/3v1 anyone. I'll always accept a 1v1 or offer them, or leave my teammates to do whatever they want to do. It is always fun to play with friends, but playing with friends does not mean you have to ruin the game for everyone else in the game.. who either doesn't have any friends online, or just are new to the server.
Back in Mcsg.. teaming wasn't as much of an issue because the server had 1000's of people on it most days until the server started dying off in the end. If you didn't want to deal with a 4 team.. you could go to a different server and avoid them completely. Here tho, there is typically like.. 5 games max up at a time during peak times.. and typically 1 or 2 later on in the night. So if there is an OP team.. you basically have to deal with them every single game. There is no avoiding it.
Why is this a problem do you ask? Simply put, instead of dealing with the 4 teams.. or just teams of general good pvpers, people just leave the server and go do something else. New players to the server are extremely discouraged from playing because they have no chance of winning. No one enjoys being teamed on game after game after game. This server can't afford to have people just leaving because they are consistently having their fun ruined.
You can play with friends and NOT ruin everyone else game in the process. I've been doing it for years.
