My mut was rejected which I have forever, but why other players are given a second chance but I don’t have what will change if I write a new appeal in a week ????

I'm sorry to hear you have been permanently muted on our servers. If you posted an appeal and it was rejected by the senior staff team, this is because they decided not to give you a second chance due to the reason behind your punishment. You may post a second appeal just like you were told to, however, if your first one has already been denied, there're low chances you'll get a second chance.
