Investigating Let spec chat be visible after the game

Very simple, I think the spec chat should be visible to the winner after the game. it really just allows you to ask "how many hearts?' and things like that. Of course it can also be used for trash talking so I'd understand if it's not added, but it'd be easier than having to message the player to say gf, gg, how many hearts, etc
