i was just playing and got banned out of nowhere....

the server was lagging a lot and a guy who was standing at spawn died out of nowhere with no one attacking him. After that i went to pick his loot up and when i was putting the armor on i got banned for "unfair advantage"........ I don't have a cheat client or anything... its actually sad =)
