How to Succesfully Transfer Donor/Rank Between Accounts
Hello dear fellows! Lately, many of you are demanding rank transfer between accounts. We understand the possibilities you can experience with your account such as;
- Stolen accounts
- Accounts you somehow lost access to
- When accounts are blocked by Mojang
In order to complete your transaction, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase which you should be able to find in your inbox. It should be looking something like this;
Once you have this proof of purchase and a valid reason to make your transaction, you should be all set. Now you need to contact a staff member through Discord or Forums. Keep in mind that only Admins can complete the transaction so an Admin needs to approve your transfer request. If you ask a Moderator/Senior Mod to transfer your rank, you should wait for them to contact an Admin.
What You Should/Shouldn't Do During This Process
You SHOULD
- Make sure that you have proof of your purchase. Otherwise your transaction is not going to happen.
- Have a strong reason in order to do your transfer.
- Own the account that you want to transfer the rank from.
- Ask multiple staff members to do your transaction. Once a staff member replied you back, you should have no concerns.
- Lie about your transfer request. If any information asked from a staff member, you should straightly answer their questions.
- Insist to transfer your rank if you haven't got the proof shown above.
