Solved Hote0325's Ban

My friend hote0325 has been banned but don't hack. I helped him to appeal (coz he's japanese) but it got declined saying that he hacked on another account when he didn't? Please help

The only way to get pardoned is to make an appeal. If he already made an appeal and it got declined, he has to wait 7 days to make a new one.
