Haven't received my stats reset?

Hello, I ordered a staff reset, proof is here:

If you check my stats, they haven't been reset yet. I did it under the correct username and all.
I'm not angry, I just want my reset.

You have to manually do the stats reset in-game on the Hub in the cosmetics menu. Please message a staff member on the discord if you continue to have issues.
