I get like 100+ fps most of the time but when i go near the outskirts of the map it drops to like 40. does anyone know why or how to fix it?

This is a known issue that hasn't been really fixed yet. We're sorry if this causes you a lot of inconveniences, but we will try to get it fixed as soon as convenient.
For now, the only suggestion I can give you is to avoid going to the edges of the map and try to play in a radius close to spawn to avoid these unfortunate lag spikes.
