I write this text with a lot of tiredness but with a wide smile on my face.

I publish this post hours after being demoted, but completely satisfied with what I consider to be my greatest work
as staff in 3 years of joining the Network. While today the feeling of joy may be accompanied by sadness, I feel that
despite all this BackPlay will continue to be a great place to learn and share.

If we go back to 2018, when BackPlay was a small project, newly born and with a lot of desire to grow, I remember
entering as Staff Manager with the illusion of being able to lay the foundations of what until today would be one of
the most varied and incredible staff teams in Minecraft.

I have been lucky enough to share my work and see such amazing people like Ogi, Josh, Winnie, Harry, Manu, Jordan,
Keps and a huge list of people grow up. People that I have not only been able to train in aspects related to the world
of staff, but that have also taught me in many occasions values, knowledge and interesting ways of perceiving things,
and that to this day I am lucky enough to be able to call friends.

From the first day I considered that the most essential thing for a team to work must be trust and communication,
aspects that the current team must bet and work on to serve as a basis for this project. There are people with an
immense potential that should be valued, after all what makes us different is what enriches us.

In many occasions, we are not capable of extending our hand to others to ask for help, and I believe that there resides
in many occasions the key of success and personal growth. Knowing how to recognize our limitations and accept that
we cannot assume the entire burden of the work.

I know that many people will be left with a negative memory of me, that others will think that I came back to have a
high position in a Minecraft server again. But I know that many people who have had the opportunity to get to know
me a little better, will know the love, care and dedication I have had for BackPlay, and how fundamental it has been for
my growth as a person.

I apologize for anything that may have been misunderstood, for people who have been offended by comments I may
have made in the past or decisions that could have harmed someone, I never intended to hurt anyone.

Ibai, I do not have and will never have anything against you, you know perfectly well where are your mistakes, do not
be afraid to trust others and choose actions that can improve the server. I told you at the time and I repeat it even after
you have demoted me yourself, you still count on me and I will always offer you my help.

I will continue to be on the server, this time as a player, away from the problems I have tried to fight for and in which I
now place my faith in the people who can change those things.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Ferao <3

I love you ferao ❤, in the short time ive spoken to you, youve shown me no matter where you stand in life how big or small you can always make a change significant enough and with that may come sacrifices as we have seen today, but this shouldnt be a reason for you to stop trying to achieve whatever it is you are after. You are one of the kindest most warm hearted individuals i have ever meant and I respect you so much from the bottom of my heart and I appreciate everything you have done for backplay before and during my time as a member of staff and player in this community <3.
I hope life treats you well and I will continue to enjoy every moment with you as a player on backplay.

Thank you for the kind words Ferao. I was very fortunate to have met you and the rest of my colleague, it changed my way of thinking and the way I perceive things. You said to me some very encouraging a few days ago about the reasons I got promoted to Senior and later Administrator position. I always felt like I didn't deserve anything and that I only got lucky, I was questioning that daily. You saying those things really opened my eyes and made me realize things about myself that I didn't know and I am very thankful for that. I thought I wasn't good enough and I was just filling in the position and that I was not worthy of it. There were things that kept me going, which was mostly positive feedback from users of the network. And at the end of my career as an Administrator I felt like people were just using me to get on their side in arguments and they were pressuring me into doing all sorts of things and that they didn't actually like me for who I was and what my role was in the team. The biggest frustrations were when I was unable to help when it came to the server side of things. I didn't have any permissions or any roles when it came to working on the network I could only give suggestions. When it came to simple whitelisting or unwhitelisting I was not able to even do that. After being on the network for 2 years I still couldn't be trusted even tho I only wanted good things for the server. I had all these great suggestions that were never added that could have improved the workflow of staff and the overall experience. Not being able to fulfill my role as an Administrator made me feel like I was the problem and that someone else can fill in my position much better than I ever could and that they would get along better with ibai and the rest of the staff team. I simply wasn't enough and the way me and the previous generation of Senior staff were wrong. I left and entrusted the network to my new staff in hopes that they would be able to do something.

Never question your abilities as a person or as a staff. You are one of the people with the greatest ability for critical analysis that I have known, committed to your work and always with the best of intentions. I understand your frustration about not having enough resources or trust from others to be able to do your job, but that is not up to you, my friend.

Keep the memory of all the good you have contributed to this Network, regardless of whether you have been thanked or not, because today I can say that you have been a fundamental piece in keeping this community alive. There are many fresh people in this new team and I am sure they will be able to put things on the right track.

I love you brother <3
