add chat filter so people dont say the n word or cuss someone

The problem with this one is the fact that there are multiple languages on the server, and what is considered a cuss word in Spanish for example, is just a normal word in my language. I guess you could add support for English only but the same thing will apply. English cuss words in some languages mean absolutely nothing bad.

You could just ignore that fact, but it gets annoying when I can't type a plain old word because it means something bad in English, especially when I don't have a good substitute for it.

In conclusion, it's a hard thing to balance
