I don't exactly know how the ranking system works but I know something for sure: the more you play, the higher you are in the leaderboards, no matter how bad you are and how few kills or wins you get. I'm not saying it should be 100% win radio and KDR, but right now it's not important at all in order to get a good position in the leaderboards.
The ranking system must reward players for their skill instead for the tons of hours they play.
Also, there is almost no vertical kb right now compared to 90% of the servers. It should be increased a bit.
At last, I'd like to mention that the rod might be a little too fast. I'm not talking about the time it takes to release it, but how fast the projectile is. Which makes it a bit boring as its pretty much only spam-based instead of aim-based.
