Could you make a system of questions? on the similarity of the reporting system only where it is possible to ask anything from the staff right in the game because there are such players and there will always be ones who don’t always understand everything and they need help and this system would help them very much they just enter the admitted command /answer (the question) and someone from the staff will take up his question and answer him let's say /pm nickname (The Answer).
